These terms and conditions apply to the 39bet platform (https://39bet-taka.com) and all associated services. By registering, logging in, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and accepted all terms and conditions in full.

These Terms & Conditions were written in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any legal dispute, the English version shall be considered the definitive and binding text.

1.1 Scope of Services

2.2 One Person — One Account

2.3 KYC Verification

Before processing withdrawals or transactions above a certain threshold, 39bet may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. This may require submission of a valid ID and proof of address. KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours.

3.2 Deposit Conditions

Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. However, in rare cases due to technical issues, it may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not been credited within 30 minutes, please contact support with your reference number.

3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The following conditions must be met to make a withdrawal:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a welcome bonus of up to 150% on their first deposit. To qualify for this bonus:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳500
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement refers to the number of times you must bet the bonus amount before it can be withdrawn. For example, a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you must place a total of ৳20,000 in bets.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

If we determine that a member is abusing bonuses — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or exploiting the system through any other dishonest means — 39bet reserves the right to void the bonus and investigate the account.

All games on 39bet operate using internationally certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Our game providers undergo regular third-party audits to ensure fairness.

5.1 Game Results

All game outcomes are entirely random and not predetermined. The RTP (Return to Player) rate for each game is displayed in the game information. 39bet does not influence any game outcome.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a disconnection or technical issue occurs during gameplay, results will be determined based on the data recorded on 39bet's servers. Server records are final and binding.

5.3 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting, if a match is cancelled, your stake will be refunded. In live betting, odds are subject to change and the odds at the time your bet is confirmed are final. Bets may be cancelled before an event starts, but cancellations are not possible once the event has begun.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 39bet platform. Violations may result in account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering under someone else's identity or providing false information
• Abusing the bonus system
• Using software, bots, or automated programs to play games
• Attempting to hack or breach the platform's security systems
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Harassing or mistreating other members
• Assisting minors in opening an account

39bet reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time and for any reason. In most cases, the member will be notified before any action is taken.

7.1 Reasons for Account Closure

• Providing false information
• KYC Verification Failure
• Suspicious Activity
• Member's Own Request
• Extended inactivity (more than 12 months)

7.2 Self-Closure of Account

To close your account, please contact our support team. All valid funds will be returned prior to closure. Bonus funds will not be refunded if wagering requirements have not been met.
